We understand that, on occasion, a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive in unsatisfactory condition. In such circumstances, we are pleased to offer a clear, straightforward return and refund process, as detailed in this Policy.

By completing a purchase on Fast.gives, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Refund & Return Policy. We encourage you to review this document in full prior to making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on the vast majority of items sold through Fast.gives, provided all applicable conditions outlined in this Policy are satisfied. The following circumstances are covered under our return programme:

  • The item received is materially different from its description or product listing.
  • The item arrived in a damaged or defective state.
  • The wrong item or incorrect size/variant was delivered.
  • The item is unwanted, provided it remains unused and in its original, resalable condition.
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any manner.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window has elapsed.
  • Items explicitly designated as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

All return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date as recorded by the carrier. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided at the time of shipment.

Requests received after this 7-day window has expired will be unable to be honoured, regardless of the reason for return. We therefore strongly encourage customers to inspect all items promptly upon receipt and to contact our support team without delay should any issue be identified.

Important: The return window commences on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier — not the date of purchase or despatch. If you experience any delivery delays, please contact us immediately.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return and refund, all items must be returned in the following condition:

  • Unused & Unaltered: Items must be in their original, unused condition. They must not have been worn, used, washed, assembled, or modified in any way.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, bags, tags, labels, and protective materials.
  • All Accessories Included: All components, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any other items originally included must be returned together.
  • Undamaged by Customer: Items must not have sustained damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer after receipt.
  • Not Accepted: Items showing signs of use, missing tags or packaging, or with original seals broken (where applicable) will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please retain all original packaging and document the damage with photographs before initiating your return request. This documentation is required to process your claim efficiently.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth and efficient return experience, please follow the steps below. Do not ship any item back before receiving written authorisation and a designated return address from our team.

Contact Customer Support Within 30 days of delivery, reach out to our support team via the contact form at fast.gives/contact or by phone at 978-048-9911. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief description of the reason.

Submit Supporting Evidence If your return relates to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please include clear photographs or a short video clearly showing the issue. This helps us expedite your request and identify the appropriate resolution.

Await Return Authorisation Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorisation confirmation along with the specific return shipping address to use.

Pack & Ship the Item Securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in your Return Authorisation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Refund Issued Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation upon processing.

Return Shipping Instructions

All products sold on Fast.gives are stocked and fulfilled from our United States warehouse facilities, enabling fast domestic delivery. Returns must be shipped back to a designated US address, which will be provided to you upon approval of your return request.

Please note: Do not ship returns to our registered business address. You will receive the specific warehouse return address in your Return Authorisation email. Only authorised return addresses should be used to ensure your return is processed without delay.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of the item.

We strongly recommend shipping all returns via a trackable carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and retaining your tracking number until the refund has been confirmed. Fast.gives cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
