Fast.gives is owned and operated by Best Of Indian Products, Chandigarh Road, Kharar, Balongi, SAS Nagar, Punjab – 140301, India. All products are fulfilled from US-based third-party partner warehouses. When returning an item, you ship it back to a designated US warehouse address — never to our India address. Upon submitting your return request to [email protected], you will receive a Return Authorisation email containing the designated US warehouse return address within 1–2 business days. Please do not ship returns to our India correspondence address — returns sent there cannot be processed.

Policy Overview
At Fast.gives, your satisfaction is our foremost priority. This store is owned and operated by Best Of Indian Products, an India-based company. All products are stocked and fulfilled from US-based third-party partner warehouse facilities, ensuring fast domestic delivery and equally straightforward domestic returns for all US customers.
By completing a purchase on Fast.gives, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Refund & Return Policy. We encourage you to review this document in full prior to making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on the vast majority of items, provided all applicable conditions are satisfied.
Accepted for return:
- ✅ The item received is materially different from its description or product listing.
- ✅ The item arrived damaged or in a defective state.
- ✅ The wrong item or incorrect size/variant was delivered.
- ✅ The item is unwanted, provided it remains unused and in its original, resalable condition.
Not accepted:
- ❌ Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any manner.
- ❌ Items returned after the 30-day return window has elapsed.
- ❌ Items explicitly designated as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Return Timeframe
All return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date as recorded by the carrier. Requests received after this window cannot be honoured.
Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return and refund, all items must meet the following conditions:
- ✅ Unused & Unaltered: In original, unused condition — not worn, used, washed, assembled, or modified.
- ✅ Original Packaging: All boxes, bags, tags, labels, and protective materials must be included.
- ✅ All Accessories Included: All components, manuals, warranty cards, and included items must be returned together.
- ✅ Undamaged by Customer: Items must not have sustained damage due to misuse or improper handling after receipt.
- ❌ Not Accepted: Items showing signs of use, missing tags, or with original seals broken will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
For items that arrive damaged or defective, retain all original packaging and document the damage with photographs before initiating your return request.
How to Initiate a Return

Within 30 days of delivery, reach out via fast.gives/contact or call +1 (302) 520-5123. Provide your order number, the item(s) to return, and your reason.
Submit Supporting Evidence
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photographs or a short video clearly showing the issue. This speeds up your request.
Await Return Authorisation
Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days. Upon approval, you receive a Return Authorisation with the specific US warehouse return address.
Pack & Ship to US Warehouse
Securely package the item in original packaging and ship to the US address provided. Use a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and retain proof of postage.
Refund Processed
Once the US warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, your refund is processed to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.
Return Shipping Instructions
All products are fulfilled from our US-based partner warehouses. Returns must be shipped back to a designated US address, which will be provided in your Return Authorisation email.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
We recommend shipping via a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and retaining your tracking number until the refund is confirmed. Fast.gives cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing & Method
Upon receipt at our US partner warehouse, our team conducts a quality inspection, typically completed within 2–3 business days of receiving the return.
All refunds are processed exclusively to the original payment method, securely through Stripe. Refunds are typically visible within 5–10 business days from the date of processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of items are not eligible for return or refund:
- ❌ Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product listing page.
- ❌ Perishable goods, consumables, or hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or unsealed.
- ❌ Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items.
- ❌ Digital products, gift cards, or store credit.
- ❌ Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or damaged after delivery.
- ❌ Items returned beyond the 30-day return window without prior authorisation.
