To use our Site and place orders, you must:

All purchases on Fast.gives are subject to the following payment terms:

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
• We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other methods available through our payment processor
• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)
• Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state/local tax laws
• Your billing information must match the information on file with your card issuer

By submitting your payment, you authorise Best Of Indian Products (operating Fast.gives) to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees, to your selected payment method.

Fast.gives uses Stripe, Inc. as its third-party payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe's platform.

• Your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers
• Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification
• By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy
• Stripe may perform identity verification and fraud prevention checks as part of transaction processing
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension

Fast.gives ships exclusively within the United States. All orders are fulfilled from US-based third-party partner warehouses. Our standard delivery window is 4–8 business days from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched from our US partner warehouse

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item at our US partner warehouse
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent

By accessing Fast.gives, you agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates third-party rights
• Use automated tools to place orders, create accounts, or interact with the Site
• Resell or commercially exploit any content or products without written authorisation

All content on the Fast.gives website — including logos, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, and overall design — is the property of Best Of Indian Products or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of Site content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Your use of Fast.gives is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, including data collected for abandoned cart recovery, web push notifications, and post-purchase review requests.

By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, including compliance with applicable laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Best Of Indian Products (operating Fast.gives) disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; and warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Best Of Indian Products, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any products purchased.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Best Of Indian Products and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to e-commerce transactions serving US consumers. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration clause does not apply to claims that qualify for small claims court.
