How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard US delivery takes 4–8 business days. All orders ship from our US-based partner warehouses — fully tracked with a confirmation email sent at despatch.
Can I return or exchange an item?

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order despatch. Can't find it? Check your spam folder — or contact us with your order number and we'll look it up immediately.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover — processed securely via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). End-to-end encrypted. We never store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they may already be in fulfilment at our US warehouse. Contact us immediately and we'll do everything we can.
