Although Fast.gives is India-owned, all products are stocked and fulfilled exclusively from US-based third-party partner warehouse facilities. This US domestic fulfilment model enables us to offer reliable, fast delivery across the contiguous United States without the delays associated with international sourcing. Your order ships from within the US.

Order Handling Time
Order handling refers to the time required to process, verify, pick, pack, and dispatch your order from our US partner warehouse after payment confirmation is received.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

Total estimated delivery time = handling period + carrier transit time. The timelines below represent estimates for the contiguous US under standard conditions and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.

Carriers, Tracking & Confirmation
Fast.gives partners with reputable, nationally recognised US carriers through our partner warehouses. Carrier assignment is based on destination, package size, and delivery method.
- USPS — Nationwide availability, including PO boxes and remote areas.
- UPS — Reliable for standard and expedited domestic deliveries.
- FedEx — Standard and express shipments to most US destinations.
- Regional Carriers — Occasionally used for specific geographic areas.
All shipments are fully tracked. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent upon dispatch. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate. If your tracking shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
Delays, Exceptions & Force Majeure
Delivery timelines are estimates only and do not constitute a binding guarantee. The following circumstances may cause delays:
- Peak Seasonal Demand: Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) may extend handling and transit times.
- Adverse Weather: Severe weather affecting carrier networks or delivery routes.

- Remote Locations: Rural addresses or regions with limited carrier access may experience additional transit time.

- US Federal Holidays: Carrier operations may be suspended or reduced.
Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Fast.gives cannot be held liable for failed deliveries arising from an incorrect address.
- If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
- If you identify an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at fast.gives/contact. We will make every effort to amend the address before dispatch.
- Packages refused at the point of delivery will be treated as a return under our Refund & Return Policy.
Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit
In the unlikely event your order is lost or arrives damaged, Fast.gives will work promptly to resolve the matter.
