Delete Account & All Data
Permanently close your account and request removal of all personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
Delete Specific Data Only
Keep your account but request deletion of specific information — such as saved addresses, phone numbers, or browsing history.
Some data is legally required to be kept even after account deletion. We retain only what is strictly necessary:
- Financial records and invoices are retained for up to 7 years to comply with IRS and applicable US tax regulations.
- Fraud prevention data may be retained for up to 2 years to protect against chargebacks and abuse.
- Any legal dispute records are retained until the matter is resolved.
Retained data is securely stored, access-controlled, and never used for marketing or sold to third parties.

3Processing (3–7 business days) Your data is deleted from our active systems. Retained legal records are flagged and isolated.
