All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD). We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, cryptocurrency, or bank wire transfers.

02 — Stripe Processing

All payment transactions on Fast.gives are processed by Stripe, Inc., a leading global payment infrastructure provider trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

PCI DSS Level 1 Certified — the highest standard of payment security. Your card details are encrypted end-to-end and handled entirely by Stripe.

  • Your full card number, CVC, and expiry date are never transmitted to or stored on Fast.gives servers
  • Stripe uses AES-256 encryption and TLS 1.2+ for all data in transit
  • Stripe is certified to the most stringent level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
  • By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement
03 — When You're Charged

Billing & Charge Timing

Payment is collected at the time you place your order — not at the time of dispatch. By submitting your order, you authorize Fast.gives (operated by Egbert Reuben Ventures LLC) to charge the full order total, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your selected payment method.

Order Total Includes: Product price + applicable state/local sales tax + shipping fee (calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight).

You will receive an order confirmation email with a full breakdown of charges immediately after payment is processed.

04 — Pricing & Currency

Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  • All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
  • Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws
  • Fast.gives ships and sells exclusively within the United States; international transactions are not supported
  • Promotional prices apply only during the specified promotional period
05 — Payment Security

Security & Fraud Prevention

We take payment security seriously. Our checkout is protected by industry-standard security measures and Stripe's built-in fraud detection tools, including Stripe Radar.

  • All checkout pages are served over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption
  • Stripe Radar automatically screens transactions for fraud signals in real time
  • Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be placed on hold pending manual review
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, without prior notice
  • If your order is cancelled due to suspected fraud, any charge will be fully refunded to your original payment method

Heads up: If your bank declines a transaction, please contact your card issuer directly. We are unable to override bank-side payment declines.

06 — Failed Payments

Failed & Declined Payments

If your payment is declined at checkout, your order will not be placed. Common reasons for declined payments include:

  • Insufficient funds or credit limit reached
  • Incorrect billing details (name, address, CVV, or expiry)
  • Card reported lost or stolen
  • Your bank's fraud prevention blocking the transaction
  • International transaction restrictions on your card

Please verify your payment details and try again, or use an alternative payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to us at support@fast.gives.

07 — Refunds

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns Policy. When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — we cannot refund to a different card or account
  • Stripe typically processes refunds within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partial returns or order adjustments
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund, including shipping

Note: Refund timelines are determined by Stripe and your card issuer. Fast.gives has no ability to expedite the credit posting on your bank's end.

08 — Chargebacks

Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most payment issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

  • If you have a billing concern, please email support@fast.gives with your order number before filing a dispute
  • Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of your account
  • We respond to all chargeback disputes filed through Stripe with full order documentation
  • Fraudulent chargebacks (where goods were received and no return was initiated) may be reported to relevant authorities

09 — Your Data

Payment Data & Privacy

Fast.gives does not collect, store, or have access to your full card details at any point. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under their security and compliance frameworks.

  • We only receive a tokenized reference to your payment method from Stripe — never raw card data
  • Your billing name and address are stored solely to fulfil your order and comply with tax obligations
  • We do not sell or share your payment information with third parties, except as required by law
