Order handling refers to the time required to process, verify, pick, pack, and despatch your order from our US warehouse facility after payment confirmation is received.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day are typically processed and despatched the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
Upon successful despatch, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
Please note: During promotional events, sale periods, or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, the holiday season), handling times may be extended by 1β2 additional business days. Any known delays will be communicated proactively via our website and order confirmation emails.
The total estimated delivery time is calculated as the sum of the order handling period and the carrier transit time. The timelines below represent estimates for the contiguous United States under standard conditions and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays. Delivery estimates commence from the date of despatch, not the date of order placement.
Shipping charges at Fast.gives are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the destination address, the total weight and dimensions of the order, and the selected shipping method. All charges are presented in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable handling fees.

Fast.gives partners with a selection of reputable, nationally recognised US carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The carrier assigned to your shipment is determined based on destination, package size, and delivery method selected.

Order Tracking: All shipments are fully tracked. Upon despatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal. You may also contact our support team with your order number for a tracking update.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active within the carrier's system after the despatch confirmation email has been sent. If your tracking link shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team.
While Fast.gives endeavours to ensure that all orders are despatched and delivered within the timelines set forth in this Policy, certain circumstances may result in delays that are beyond our reasonable control. Delivery timelines are estimates only and do not constitute a binding guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
The following circumstances may result in delays to your delivery:

- !Adverse Weather Conditions: Severe weather events such as winter storms, hurricanes, or natural disasters affecting carrier networks or delivery routes.

- !Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Packages may be delayed or returned if the delivery address provided at checkout is incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable.
- !Remote Delivery Locations: Extended delivery areas, rural addresses, or regions with limited carrier access may experience additional transit time.
- !Force Majeure Events: Circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, governmental actions, or other events outside the control of Fast.gives or its carrier partners.
- !US Federal Public Holidays: Carrier operations may be suspended or reduced on federal holidays, which are not counted as business days.
Fast.gives is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including those attributable to carrier networks or force majeure events. If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate on your behalf.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of placing the order. Fast.gives cannot be held liable for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.
- βIf a package is returned to our warehouse due to an undeliverable address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
- βIf you identify an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at fast.gives/contact. We will make every effort to amend the address before despatch, however this cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
- βPackages that are refused by the recipient at the point of delivery will be treated as a return and processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition, Fast.gives will work promptly to resolve the matter to your full satisfaction.
- βLost in Transit: If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your package is significantly overdue, please contact our support team. We will initiate a carrier investigation and, upon confirmation of loss, offer a replacement shipment or a full refund.
- βDamaged on Arrival: Please photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
- βMissing Items: If your package appears to have been opened or items are missing, retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately. Do not discard any packaging prior to resolution.
