Payment Terms

All purchases on Fast.gives are subject to the following payment terms:

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
• We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as other payment methods made available through our payment processor
• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)
• Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state/local tax laws

Stripe Payment Processing

Fast.gives uses Stripe, Inc. as its third-party payment processor. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe's platform.

• Your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers
• Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification
• By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy
• Stripe may perform identity verification and fraud prevention checks as part of transaction processing
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension

Shipping & Delivery

Fast.gives ships exclusively within the United States. Our standard delivery window is 4–8 business days from the date your order is confirmed and processed.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Fast.gives is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after confirmed carrier delivery
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
• Certain items (including opened electronics, perishables, and personal care items) may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in Delaware.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims that qualify for small claims court.
