Yes. Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately. This email will contain your order summary, item details, and billing information.
A separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details will be sent once your order has been picked, packed, and despatched from our warehouse — typically within 1 business day.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We will make every effort to accommodate changes before your order is processed and despatched. Once an order has been picked and handed to the carrier, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible, and you would need to follow our standard returns process instead.
Can I correct an incorrect shipping address after ordering?
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at fast.gives/contact. We will do our best to amend the address before despatch, though this cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Fast.gives cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are usually despatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, holiday season), handling times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days. Any known delays will be communicated via our website and in order emails.

What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

- Lost in transit: If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your package is significantly overdue, report this to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate a carrier investigation and, upon confirmation of loss, offer a replacement or full refund.
- Damaged on arrival: Photograph the outer packaging and damaged item(s) immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Missing items: If items appear to be missing from your package, retain all packaging and contact us immediately — do not discard any packaging before the issue is resolved.
What happens if a package is returned as undeliverable?
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an undeliverable address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment in these cases.
Packages refused by the recipient at the point of delivery will be treated as a return and processed under our Refund & Return Policy.
